Everything You Need to Know About ADP Single Sign-On (SSO)
ADP SSO seamlessly connects your ADP payroll system with Employee Navigator.
What is ADP SSO?
ADP SSO allows employees to access Employee Navigator using their existing ADP login, without needing a separate username or password. It works across ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Now Next Generation, and RUN Powered by ADP, giving employees one seamless login for all their benefits and HR tools.
Why is SSO important?
SSO helps you streamline one of HR’s most time-consuming tasks. It saves time, reduces frustration, and improves security for employees. For HR teams and brokers, it simplifies benefits management and creates a smoother, more efficient workflow.
Does enabling ADP’s SSO cost anything?
SSO is available to all Employee Navigator and ADP employers at no additional cost!
Is it difficult to set up SSO?
It’s very simple – each company will need to have the SSO link added to the employee home page within the ADP application. A user with administrative access to the company configuration will need to set this up. For an easy step-by-step process, click here.
What happens if I want to log in to EN outside of SSO?
SSO is an additional login option, not a replacement, so employees who have previously registered in Employee Navigator can continue to use their local login credentials at any time.
Can I turn on SSO for some clients but not others?
Absolutely! SSO is turned on at the company level within ADP’s system, so you can enable it for specific clients while leaving it off for others.
